Consumer are provided with automatic guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The ACL states that goods is of acceptable quality, matches the provided description, meet any express warranties and fit for purposes.
Refund and Returns
We offer 30 days refund return policy, we happy to offer full refund (Postage excluded) upon receiving the return package in original conditions (Return postage is covered by customer). Please email support@goai.com.au for more details.
Product Support and Warranty
All GO A.I product are covered by 1 year warranty (From date of purchase). Should you suspect the product maybe defective or need technical support please contact us at support@goai.com.au
GO A.i reserves the right to not provide a remedy if the fault in the goods was caused by misused or incorrect/unauthorised installation, an unauthorized modification.
The product is specifically designed for household use and may not be suitable for industrial environments. Any such use will void the warranty.
To the extend permitted by law, this guarantee excludes liability for consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from any cause whatsoever. It also excludes normal wear and tear and does not cover the cost of claiming under the warranty or transporting the goods to and from the place of purchase.
